1. CALVIN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY:
REGION-3 (Classes Eastern Canada, Quinte, and Toronto) nominates, the SEM. Board selects 2 names from the nominees sent in by the 3 classes, the 3 classes then cast ballots for these 2 names and the total of the ballots of the 3 classes determines the BOT MEMBER and ALT.

2. CRCNA BOT:
- each classis of the CRCNA in Canada nominates 2-3 names from which SYNOD elects the BOT member for each classis;

3. C.R. World Missions BOARD:
- REGIONS 3 & 4 nominate and from those names a member and ALT. are chosen;

4. B.T.G.H.//Calvin College//CRC.Publ.//C.R. Board of Home Missions:
- REGION 3 (Classes Eastern Canada, Quinte and Toronto) nominates and from those nominations, members are chosen for the various boards or committees;
